Co-Founder Adam Gray draws upon 18 years of education experience working at all levels of school management. Adam left his position as Assistant Head Teacher in 2020 to set up a new and exciting venture that can utilise his experience in education and management skills.

“We have been waiting for the right time to launch a business that can work alongside schools to provide a bespoke service that supports teachers and students to develop their skills.  As a former teacher I am very keen to continue passion for equipping young people with the necessary soft skills to leave education and be ready for employment. I am conscious that the landscape in education is rapidly changing and believe that as a team we have the flexibility and expertise to provide a service valuable to education and the future of its young students.”
