Hampshire Regional Manager Matthew Lindsay joined U-educate in 2022, where he started as a Senior Consultant. He quickly built up his area which allowed him to move premises and build a team underneath him.

Matt started his professional career working in SEN schools and the care sector with Mencap which gave him a real passion for working with SEN schools. This in turn allows him to know the right calibre of candidates who can make a difference in certain settings.

He first joined the world of recruitment back in 2019, where he started off as a trainee consultant and quickly worked his way up working with SEN schools in the South Coast.

Matt has a son with an EHCP which has made working with SEN schools even closer to his heart.
