EHCNA Expertise:

U-educate specialises in guiding parents and schools through the Education, Health, and Care Needs Assessment process. Our team of professionals possesses in-depth knowledge of the legal frameworks and procedures, ensuring a seamless and informed experience.  The team are able to carry out assessments to support the request and produce the write-up of the EHCNA on behalf of the school. Furthermore, the team can support local authorities in producing Draft EHCP by collating all the information from school, parent/carers and the professionals. A mediation and tribunal service are available to support schools, parent/carers and the local authority. 

Access Arrangements Support:

U-educate offers expertise in facilitating Access Arrangements for individuals with specific needs during examinations. Our consultants work closely with educational institutions to ensure that students receive appropriate accommodations, promoting a fair and inclusive assessment environment.  Our practitioners are registered with British Psychological Society.

School Accessibility Planning:

Schools must have a written accessibility plan. Accessibility plans can be part of the SEND Information Report. Useful guidance can be found within the Equality Act 2010: Advice for Schools document.

As part of the Accessibility Planning we produce an audit and example accessibility plan and template. This is done in consultation with stakeholders and teachers.

We are able to support schools in preparation for OFSTED with their paperwork and reporting and data collection evidence.  We can provide guided walk-throughs, whole school and individual subject ‘Deep-dives’ and also, we can conduct pre-inspection audits, analysis, evaluation and improvement plans.
