Alternative Provision

At the start of the 2021/22 academic year, U-Educate began their Alternative Provision Scheme, aiming to help students with behavioural issues by teaching them valuable life skills.

We now operate in two separate schools, with a fantastic set of staff who provide the activities that you will see below!

(Garden/Allotment work: The Coleshill School)

(Other Activities: Bournville Academy)

Our Partners

We are extremely fortunate to have a trustworthy partnership with two separate school trusts, FMAT and ATLP.

Through this we have been able to supply staff to the three different schools and support over 40 children with their development.

Testimonials

Here is what parents of some of our students said about our scheme:

“Noah really enjoyed this and for the first time in a very long time he was excited to go to school. I felt that noah really benefited from this.”

“I have seen all sorts of positivity within Mollie since AP lessons. I hope these can continue to help build her confidence, self esteem and keep her regulated.”

“Max has thoroughly enjoyed his time attending AP. He has leant a new skill base and it’s has a positive impact on his willingness to attend school. I feel it’s gave him a lift in his attitude towards his approach to other lessons.”

I think this is an excellent programme. My son is excited to attend school on Alternative Provision days and his overall attendance has improved. It has benefited him from an emotional point of view and he seems calmer and more relaxed.”
