Midlands resourcer Dawn Statham is a business development and education recruitment specialist. Dawn has first-hand experience as a teacher, delivering Physical Education, Health and Social Care, Child Development, Geography and Food Technology to students who ranged from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.

Dawn taught students for 15 years before deciding to pursue a career in recruitment. Dawn’s role at U-Educate is to work closely with the Special Educational Needs sector, supporting the staff and students with additional SEN Teachers or SEN Teaching Assistants.

Outside of work Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, London. Dawn also enjoys going to country pubs and music festivals.
