U-Educate will only recruit candidates that we are confident can work in our schools, whether that would be through their qualifications or experience. Our application process is designed to make sure we are only working with the best candidates in the industry and our compliance team are regularly trained to flag up any irregularities that would jeopardise our service.
All employees that are recruited have to agree to our code of practice and are set high expectations which they agree to meet. We set out our expectations during the interview process as all candidates have to read and agree to our code of conduct.
Once working with us, we then identify areas of improvement through assessment. We love to get feedback from our clients about our candidates, it really helps to improve both U-Educate and the candidate, making sure we are both keeping up to date and producing the best service.
